As our main requirement, applicants should attend an Orientation/seminar at the Ecowater Solutions Inc. office scheduled every Thursday and Friday at 2 o’clock in the afternoon corresponding to their assigned area, as follows:
Thursday 2PM (Cabangahan, La Montaña, Guadalupe, Guada Plains & Apas)
24th & 25th of the month- Kentwood, Pinecrest, Guadalupe, Guadaplang & Apas
26th & 27th of the month- Lawaan 3 & Lagtang
Due Date – Every 25th day of the month. Note that an additional 2% of your current bill will be added to your bill as the penalty. Always be prompt to pay your water bills to avoid penalty and service line disconnection.
Disconnection Schedule – If you haven’t settled your account 5 days after your due date, it will be subject to disconnection without prior notice.
Temporary Close – For temporary close without balance, please go to our billing staff and request for Reconnection.
Disconnected Account – For accounts that have been disconnected due to unpaid balance, please settle your account first. After paying your arrears plus the reconnection fee, you can request for Reconnection.
Policy for Disconnected Consumer– After a period of three months since the disconnection, the consumer who was previously disconnected is required to pay an installation fee of ₱6,000, and upon doing so, they are referred to as “good as new.
Note: Please be sure to close all your faucets before requesting for reconnection. Our personnel will not be liable for any water loss due to this circumstance.
If there is an emergency mainline leak repair, we will be forced to shut off some valves or, at maximum, our pumping stations to prevent excessive water loss. Notice of this event will be through our Facebook Page.

Other circumstances of having no water may be due to unsettled water balances. Please be prompt to pay your water bills to avoid disconnection of your service lines.

Payment Made the following month will still be reflected on the succeeding water bill.
